Broken Homes Equal Broken Life?

Oftentimes we learn about toxic families and broken homes and its impacts on their children, but does this affects them in their adult life? Are their signs leading to broken lives and how can we adjust them before it’s too late?

A broken family is one that includes unhealthy or severed relationships within the family unit.Every family faces problems, and sometimes it can be hard to determine exactly how to handle these issues. Sometimes it is also extremely difficult or impossible to navigate these situations and it results in even greater conflict.

Sexual, physical, or emotional abuse and mental health issues account for some broken homes. Money is also another contributing factor as money can complicate or destroy any relationship. Furthermore, boundary crossings especially with immediate family members like parents or siblings can result in conflict. In these cases, it is especially important to make sure one is aware of and understands your boundaries so that they know exactly what it is that offends you.
