Tuberculosis, also known as “Consumption” is one of the top 10 causes of death in the world. In 2022 there were 83 new cases of Tuberculosis in Jamaica. The aim of this year’s campaign is to bring ideas and information to the World Health’s Organization High-Level Meeting on TB in September 2023. Jamaica is on its way to fulfilling the Ministry of Health and Wellness plan to have NO family facing catastrophic costs due to Tuberculosis.
