The Tax Administration Jamaica (TAJ) is advising the public that the Cross Roads Tax Office in Kingston, will remain closed for business from Wednesday, August 31 to Friday, September 2, 2022. Tax Administration Jamaica is also advising persons to visit either the Downtown or Constant Spring Revenue Service Centers to conduct their transactions.
The Tax Administration Jamaica says the closure is necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of its staff and customers by addressing a malfunctioning air-conditioning unit at the location. Since the closure, staff from the Cross Roads Tax Office have been redeployed to enable smooth operations at the alternative offices. The Cross Roads location is expected to reopen on Monday, September 5, 2022, for business. Read the full press release here:
