Ding, through its transformative ‘Access For Good’ Programme, proudly donated $1.5 million in support of Yohan Blake’s esteemed YBAfraid Foundation. This substantial contribution not only reaffirms Ding’s dedication to fostering accessibility but also signifies the initiation of a promising partnership between the company and Yohan Blake. Through this collaboration, Blake assumes an integral role within the Ding family as one of its esteemed ambassadors. Notably, Yohan himself is also a Ding customer, regularly sending mobile credit to his family while he’s away for training.

The YB Afraid Foundation was established to provide financial support to children’s homes. Within the foundation, Yohan has embraced the responsibility of three children’s homes in Jamaica: Mount Olivet Boys Homes in Manchester, Pringle Home in St. Mary, and the Jamaica Baptist Union Garland Hall Memorial Children Home in Anchovy. Ding’s donation will facilitate the provision of toiletries, food, clothing, the construction of recreational facilities, and ensuring access to education for those supported by these homes.
