5G Will Be 10 Times Faster Than 4G

Touted as a key element of the fourth industrial revolution,5G wireless technology promises faster internet speeds and greater bandwidth to form the backbone of the future internet of things.

However, the discussions surrounding the pros and cons of the technology including the potential health risks is something for the Jamaican public to consider as major telecom companies decide if they are going to adopt the technology.

To discuss the rise of 5G, we are joined by – Dr. Maurice Mcnaughton, Director of the Center Of Excellence Mona School of Business and Management, Stephen Price Country Manager for FLOW and Dr. Maria Myers-Hamilton Managing Director of the Spectrum Authority.
