Schools have been shut for 14 days, all community-based programmes have also been halted for two weeks and members of the public are being advised against gathering in large numbers amidst the postponement of a number of popular events including champs-all in response to the threat of COVID-19, but what is the assessment of the government’s response so far and how can we assess the social impact?
