How To Decolonize Madness?

Generational traumas, with roots in colonial oppression, are decades later expressing itself in the violent acts of the nation’s males in particular. Within a paradigm of structural violence that mistakes discipline for oppression and intimidation; discussions are being had on how to decolonize madness: the resolution of complex trauma.

Joining us to expand on a recent global mental health conference is psychiatrist Dr. Geoffrey Walcott and Psychologist and Professor at the University of the West Indies Christopher Charles.
