Labour Implications And Compensation

With businesses forced to close or amend their opening hours, in a bid to get more people to stay home and flatten the curve of the spread of COVID-19, and the reports of layoffs in certain sectors, questions have been raised about the labour implications including compensation, remote work arrangements and the rights of employers and employees, during the COVID-19 pandemic.
