The government recently outlined its intention to develop a national policy for productivity, which will set the foundation for the country to have a productivity-centered workforce, where goods and services will be produced in keeping with international standards.
This announcement coincides with expressed frustration by the economic growth council, as it points to the lack of measured performance, as one of the barriers to achieving 5 per cent growth in four years.
