Strategies To Fix Fractured Relationships And Class Management

Recent incidents in schools have reignited the conversation around classroom management and the relationship between the teacher and student. There’s a general level of frustration being expressed in quarters, about the seemingly fractured relationship. What are some of the systems to be implemented to improve the situation?
