What Next, After The Work From Home Order Expires?

Come June 1, employees who have been working from home since march as part of measures to contain COVID-19 will be allowed to return to work. However there has been a mixed reaction to that announcement from the prime minister, with a number of stakeholders suggesting that it is too soon to ease those measures and that many businesses will have difficulty complying with the protocols of a return to the workplace.

To discuss the issues we are joined by Helene Davis Whyte-General Secretary of the Jamaica Association of Local Government Officers (JALGO) and David Wan President of the Jamaica employer’s federation.
