Dr. Phillips Meets With Bunting in the Aftermath of the Election

Standing united or falling divided…

The future of the People’s National Party is in limbo following the heated leadership challenge that saw Dr. Peter Phillips retaining his role as president of the party.

Defeated presidential aspirant, Peter Bunting and his Campaign Chairman, Mark Golding have recently written to Dr. Phillips offering to resign from the Council of Spokespersons.

Dr. Phillips and Peter Bunting met earlier today as the party moves to heal quickly.

The healing process is being fast-tracked, as it became more evident when both Phillips and Bunting arrived at Gordon House simultaneously at the re-opening of Parliament…smiling and greeting fellow comrades.

The aftermath of the Presidential battle continues…
