Fayval Says School Furniture Will Be Delivered in 2 Months

More furniture will be delivered to schools amid demand for supplies this academic year.

Education Minister Fayval Williams says close to twenty-two thousand (22,000) pieces will be gifted.

The education sector has shown a significant demand for furniture this school year.

Education Minister Fayval Williams says 21,900 pieces of furniture will be delivered within the next 2 months to schools.

The Minister notes many schools across the country were gifted with pieces of furniture.

Meantime, she says the ministry has increased the resources added to the programme significantly for the 2022-2023 academic year.
