Gun Seized in Mahoe Drive, No Arrest

During a sudden police operation on Mahoe Drive, law enforcement confiscated a 9mm pistol. The firearm was equipped with a magazine containing five 9mm cartridges.

Although no arrests were made, this incident adds to the tally of firearms seized by the St. Andrew South Police since the beginning of 2023, bringing the total count to 37. Notably, this figure marks a 12 firearm increase compared to the same period last year.
