As we continue our update on the story of Showayne Edwards, his mother laments on the strength of her child. In partnership with IGL Blue and CVM Television, Showayne was provided with a portable oxygen and a Cylinder of medical oxygen with the necessary accessories.
The much needed equipment was handed over by IGL Blue’s own Winston Clarke, Bulk Sales Manager and Anna-Kay Tucker, Marketing Manager.
Representative of the Jamaica Fire Brigade in Morant Bay, Acting Sergeant Creg Effs, was also on hand to pass on valuable lessons to the students of Harvest Hill Christian Preparatory School on how to handle this tiny device safely during their interaction.
Through the combined efforts of these entities, Showayne is able to breath better but the journey is far from over.
