“Our track record has been on point” that is the word from the Opposition Leader, Mark Golding. He says the government has not been making good decisions in the interest of Jamaica nor have they considered recommendations made by the opposition. He was addressing supporters at a People’s National Party (PNP) Conference in Clarendon on Sunday.
Opposition Leader Mark Golding told party supporters the government has ignored many recommendations made by the opposition, regarding the country’s debt and the needs of the Jamaican people.
With the rising inflation rate, Golding recommends that the government take 2 percent of the GDP which is 40 billion dollars, to spend on the people rather than solely servicing the debt.
