Meet 9-year-old Tyrese Johnson, he has a big heart and a warm personality.

Darnett Barrett-Pitter says Tyrese makes her smile everyday. She is his grandmother and has been one of his guardians since the day he was born,

Having been diagnosed with Achondroplasia, a genetic disorder that prevents the growth of cartilage in the body, Tyrese still remains grounded.

The youngster, born without arms, maneuvers his world with two toes on each foot and despite being born without arms, Tyrese has found ways to prove his agility.
