JPS Welcomes OUR Audit Into Billing Operations- The Jamaica Public Service (JPS) company says it’s welcoming the audit by the Office of Utilities Regulation (OUR) following increased reports of a spike in electricity bills.
But it does not agree with the approach.
The issue may have more to do with customers’ ability to pay bills, not the bill itself.
