Twelve people were shot and injured Sunday night in Franklyn Town, Kingston after gunmen sprayed bullets at a group of patrons at an event. The community which has not seen a major incident of this kind since August last year, is now on edge, as the police and residents ponder a motive for the attack.
The police say no event permits will be granted in the community going forward until the space is safe. For more details, watch the report below:
