A 15-year-old girl and a 25-year-old man were shot and killed at a house in Roehampton District, St. James on Wednesday, January 12. The teen girl was said to be missing from last year. This double murder follows a triple murder in the parish on Monday night and murder on Tuesday night.
15-year-old Toni-Ann Reid and 25-year old Shane Spencer were fatally shot by unknown assailants. Reports from the Anchovy Police are that about 2:00 a.m., residents heard explosions and summoned the authorities. Upon their arrival, Spencer and Reid were found in a house with gunshot wounds all over their bodies.
They were taken to the hospital where they were both pronounced dead.
Albert Reid, the father of Toni-Ann told our news team that his daughter ran away from home in 2021. He was not aware that his eldest daughter was living in close proximity to him, all this time.
