The office of the Director of Public Prosecution alleges Leoda Bradshaw and her cousin Roland Balfour, contracted two men to murder “her spouse’s” child and her mother.
Toshyna Patterson and 10 month old Sarayah Paulwell, whose father is Member of Parliament Phillip Paulwell, were allegedly kidnapped, shot and burnt by the men for a down payment of JMD 100k.
The alleged criminals were reportedly promised another JMD 400k after the execution was complete.
The crown believes Patterson and her child were killed within two hours after being kidnapped on September 9, 2023.
Four people have been slapped with an array of charges for the dastardly act. The prosecution believes there are “other persons who are yet be apprehended.”
