On Wednesday December 11, the Minister of National Security, Dr. Horace Chang told a conference at the Office of the Prime Minister that some of the big armed robberies in central Jamaica are an indication of criminals seeking money to pay their lawyers.
His statement has since created quite a stir within the legal fraternity.
