Minister of Industry, Investment, and Commerce Aubyn Hill is calling on businesses and investors in Jamaica to recognize the importance of consumer welfare. This comes after Sagicor Bank, and Price Mart Jamaica launched a joint credit card.
Minister Hill says businesses and investors should recognize the importance of consumer welfare. This follows the launch of a new joint credit card with Sagicor bank and Price Mart Jamaica. While celebrating the initiative, he notes consumers have choices and it is, therefore, important to meet their demands. Meanwhile, Sagicor Bank CEO Chorvelle Johnson Cunningham says the initiative is part of a multi-pronged approach by Sagicor bank in response to growing changes in the economy since 2020.
