Bloody Tussle Between Police and Civilian Ends in Arrest

An incident involving a civilian who seemed to have been in a bloody scuffle with law enforcement is now viral on social media resulting in many disgruntled citizens voicing their concerns.

The altercation reportedly began with the civilian not wearing a mask in open public. The man was later arrested and is said to be out on bail.

Many are enraged after a video making the rounds on social media shows a man who appeared injured during an arrest.

Allegations are that the man was being arrested because he was not wearing a mask, breaching the Disaster Risk Management Act, DRMA. Police say the incident took place Friday in the Halfway tree bus park
