An incident involving a civilian who seemed to have been in a bloody scuffle with law enforcement is now viral on social media resulting in many disgruntled citizens voicing their concerns.
The altercation reportedly began with the civilian not wearing a mask in open public. The man was later arrested and is said to be out on bail.
Many are enraged after a video making the rounds on social media shows a man who appeared injured during an arrest.
