Brazen gunmen have spat in the faces of the security forces after they carried out an attack on Bowens Road in Whitfield Town killing one and injuring five others including a baby on Thursday evening.

The area is declared as a State of Public Emergency and there is a checkpoint on the road. The Ministry of National Security is condemning the shooting but it is further fueling discussions of the effectiveness of the enhance security measure.
