32-year-old Donald Nash from Cloverly Road in Central Kingston was shot and killed during a party in Brooklyn New York on Sunday, August 8. It is alleged his death has sparked reprisals both here and abroad, but members of the community in Central Kingston where he was from are dismissing claims of him being a notorious gang leader.
Councilor of the Rae Town Division, Rosalee Hamilton says she speculates this is a spin-off from the tension between the two gangs in Central Kingston namely Darksyde and Genosyde, both have been at war for some time now.
Since his death, speculation continues to swirl around several shooting incidents in New York and here in Jamaica, alleged to be reprisals. Residents who were acquainted with Little Danny are however outraged, saying the true story is not being told, as he did more to help people inside his community.
Police sources say Likkle Danny was a known violent producer within Central Kingston space and even abroad.
