Following the tragic shooting death of Councillor Ainsley Parkins, CVM LIVE arrived at the scene where several members of the People’s National Party (PNP) had gathered. They expressed deep shock over what they perceived as the senseless killing of Councillor Parkins. In an official statement, the Party’s General Secretary, Dr. Dayton Campbell, highlighted that Parkins had dutifully represented the Southboro Division in East Central St. Catherine.
Dr. Campbell conveyed sincere condolences to Councillor Parkins’ family and colleagues, and he strongly urged law enforcement agencies to promptly initiate a comprehensive and unbiased investigation into this heinous murder.
