Murder accused, Constable Noel Maitland was today slapped with the additional charge of preventing the lawful burial of a corpse. Maitland appeared again before the Supreme Court today (Tuesday, October 4). The Crown has also gathered evidence of several CCTV footage showing Maitland arriving at the complex with missing influencer Donna Lee Donaldson.
The Court also saw footage of Maitland at a car wash getting his couch washed where a witness allegedly said the volume of blood from the couch was significant.
