Police Commissioner Major General Antony Anderson says contract killings are impacting the country’s murder rate which stands at 6.3 percent. He expects this number to reduce by the end of June. During the JCF media briefing on Tuesday, Commissioner Anderson says targeting these killers will be a major part of the constabulary’s crime-fighting strategy and asserts that the police must win in their fight to bring down gangs and gunmen.
