Chairperson of the private sector of Jamaica, Gender Affairs and Disability Affairs Committee, Renee Morrison-May believes the gap between genders in the work force is an obvious cause of lack of productivity.

Columnist Dr Raulston Nembhard suggests an investment in human resource and development can also improve productivity.
