King’s Counsel Peter Champagnie today is claiming a victory after the Supreme Court ruled in favor of his client Assistant Commissioner of Police Andrew Lewis Head of Jamaica Constabulary Force, JCF, administration, on the matter of reinstating interdicted Police Federation Chairman Corporal Rohan James.
The embattled corporal’s lawyer Hugh Wildman has said he’ll be filing an appeal although the court suggested otherwise. Watch the report:
