Court Grants Bail in Clarendon Teen Beating Case

In a significant development, the case involving Taneila Monteith, the Clarendon teenager who was subjected to a group assault on December 30, 2023, in Havana Heights, Clarendon, Jamaica, was presented before the court today.

During the proceedings, all adult females involved in the incident were granted bail, each set at 1.2 million dollars, while the juveniles were offered bail at $600,000 each, all subject to specific conditions.

The next court appearance for this case is scheduled for March 26, 2024.
