‘Muddled’, is the term used by a prominent Haitian national to describe the late president Jovenel Moise of Haiti. This as he and past leaders have been labeled as corrupt and putting party over people. The commentary follows Moise’s assassination and the injuring of his widow by foreign mercenaries last week.
