Custos of Manchester Garfield Green is insisting proper values and attitudes be instilled in children to foster a more positive society. Speaking at a flag-raising ceremony at the Mayday High School in Mandeville he urged school leaders to incorporate more club activities.
He adds children need to be taught the right values and attitudes, that can help develop a better society. Meantime, he commented on the need for having a police presence in schools to quell the influence of gangs on youth,
