Chief Executive Officer of the Firearm Licensing Authority (FLA) Shane Dalling has responded to claims made by a former National Security Minister that the entity has not submitted its annual report in years. Mr. Dalling on Tuesday dismissed it as a fault of the FLA adding that it is three years of delays on the part of the Auditor General that has prevented their submissions.
