Dancehall Artiste Caano Arrested Today in St Catherine. He was arrested on reasonable suspicion of human trafficking, kidnapping, and lottery scamming. The arrest comes after police in St Catherine received a report that a Canadian national was being held against her will at his home, earlier today, and persons in Canada were being forced to send money to him.
CVM LIVE understands the female is a former employee of a bank in Canada. she was successfully rescued by the Spanish Town operations support team, a specialized unit from the St Catherine South Police Division, and the entertainer was arrested by the Spanish Town police.
