Day 2 Of Taxi Strike -Manchester, St Ann

Taxi operators withdrew their services for a second consecutive day seeking a review of hefty fines attached to the newly implemented Road Traffic Act.

Operators in Manchester and St Ann vented their frustration over their work conditions others went further calling for the prime minister’s resignation. Scores of students among other commuters were left stranded in the Mandeville town centre after taxi operators made good their threat to stay off the job. Watch the report:
