After the Cabinet Retreat, the People’s National Party (PNP) General Secretary, Dr. Dayton Campbell is contending that a cabinet reshuffle is not the solution.
This after it has been suggested that a reshuffle was on the horizon following myriad scandals and concerns about crime and corruption in the governing Jamaica Labour Party (JLP).
There are concerns from the opposition regarding various issues from crime to scandalous activities within the governing JLP.
This amid talks of the Prime Minister possibly reshuffling his cabinet. And with the new omicron variant on the horizon, Dr. Campbell suggests the best way for the government to prepare in the event the variant arrives, is increased extensive testing.
