Domestic kidnapping Drama.
A domestic kidnapping that took place yesterday ended in a car crash and chase in the middle of the New Kingston business district.
A female whose name is being withheld was reportedly kidnapped by her spouse from her workplace, placed in a Probox motorcar in the driver’s seat and forced to drive whilst her captor sat virtually on her.
In a bid to escape she rammed the car into an oncoming vehicle coincidentally being driven by popular police personality and security expert Dr Jason McKay .
The vehicle was then taken over by the driver who was chased by several persons who witnessed the incident.
The alleged kidnapper abandoned the unit in-front the Indecom and fled leaving behind his seriously wounded spouse.
Mckay when interviewed says he is upset about the wrecking of his unit but is thankful that the woman employed whatever means she felt necessary to save herself.
Police are now searching for the alleged kidnapper. .
The victim has been admitted in serious condition.
