Donna-Lee’s Accused Murderer To Face Trial In 2025

Noel Maitland, the police officer accused of murdering his girlfriend, is scheduled to stand trial in April 2025. Maitland, who was taken into custody in July 2022, made a virtual appearance before a judge Wednesday morning via Zoom. The police constable, charged with the murder of social media personality Donna Lee Donaldson and the unlawful disposal of her body, will face a jury from April 7, 2025, to May 30, 2025. On Wednesday, Noel Maitland, who was arrested in July 2022, appeared in the Supreme Court with his attorney, Christopher Townsend.
