Dr. Chang Visits Home of Constable Who Was Shot Dead

Minister of National Security, Dr. Horace Chang visited the home of 22-year-old Constable Brian Martin, who was shot and killed by perpetrators on Saturday, in his home community in Frog City, St. Andrew.  He says the police are pledging to find the murderers responsible for this lawless act, as the investigations continue into the incident. Watch the report:
