Member of Parliament and former Opposition Leader, Dr. Peter Phillips on Sunday urged political parties to work together for the benefit of Jamaicans. Dr. Phillips also encouraged party members and supporters to unite behind Party Leader, Mark Golding
The former Party President says the country has regressed, noting that things were far better a few decades ago. Dr. Phillips says too much emphasis has been placed on political opposition, as opposed to the joint effort. He hints that his own party is deviating from some fundamental principles that held much weight during his early years in the organization.
However, he is equally urging PNP members and supporters, if they wish to see the party thrive, they must support the party’s leader. Watch the report:
