24-Year-Old Mercedes Benz Driver Charged in Mandela Highway Crash Resulting in Fatality of 23-Year-Old Shadedra Williams from Four Paths, Clarendon.
The individual identified as Ramar Wint, hailing from Toll Gate, Clarendon, faces charges including ‘Causing Death by Dangerous Driving’ and ‘Refusal of Breathalyser Test.’ These charges were confirmed by Assistant Commissioner of Police Gary McKenzie, Head of the Jamaica Constabulary Force’s Public Safety & Traffic Enforcement Branch.
