Residents in east Portland are again pleading for help to reduce the dust nuisance spurred by road works and lack of potable water. Despite recent protests, residents insist not much has changed in Boston and Fairy Hill.
It came as no surprise that residents mounted roadblocks demanding potable water and a fix to the next constant struggle, the dust that suffocates their lifestyle. Protestors in Boston and fairy hill were out from as early as two in the morning demanding action from their leaders. Boston resident Balford Williams insists many are suffering and only those so financially able to access the commodity, get it. This as he informs securing a drum of water comes to the tune of thousands of dollars at times. Watch the report:
