Education Minister Urges CPFSA’s Head To Step Aside

Not her typical demeanor but the Education Minister insists the latest report tabled in Parliament regarding claims of sexual misconduct of a charity founder and local wards of the state was damning.  She insists she was misled and took several measures to sever ties with the foundation, embracing orphans based in the United States when news emerged, Founder, Carl Robanske had a sexual offense against him.

Minister Williams urged the Child Protective and Family Services Agency (CPFSA) Head, Rosalee Gage Grey, to step aside while deliberations into her role continue.  Minister Williams lauded the alleged victims, two wards of the state who spoke of Robanske’s alleged unbecoming behaviour and revealed alleged explicit messages. She says the report has also been passed on to the police. The claims of misconduct first appeared in the media in 2021 and have spurred a probe involving the office of the children’s advocate.
