Egg farmers are faced with a deepening crisis of price hikes even with the growth in the tourism industry. CVM LIVE spoke with a large-scale egg farmer who says the price of feed which accounts for close to 70 per cent of the cost of production, keeps spiking. He says having been hit hard by the COVID-19 pandemic, many farmers have not been able to continue their business.
