A win for residents in Junction, St. Elizabeth, as the long-awaited Essex Valley Water Supply Project is now fully in commission.
This comes at a cost of approximately $630 million dollars.
The water supply system is expected to serve thousands of households in South East St. Elizabeth.
But the Myersville residents are protesting the fact that their community is being by-passed.
