Ex-Convict Speaks of Life Behind Bars

An ex-convict, once a hardened criminal speaks of his experiences behind bars on not one but on three different occasions for three separate crimes committed. Only the brave will survive he says…The ex-offender who spoke to CVM LIVE anonymously will be referred to as Dane.

It is often said, “prison is not a bed of roses”. For Dane, it was a lesson learned. Dane who began living a life of crime at 13 years old was sentenced to six months at the St. Catherine Adult Correctional Centre then three years at the Tower Street Adult Correctional Center. He later returned to that same facility to serve a five-year sentence.
