Expectations For Christmas 2022

The streets of Downtown Kingston on Monday were quite active, with Christmas day a little under two weeks away. Small businesses in the area were affected in 2020 and 2021 due to COVID-19 restrictions and curfew measures.

However there seems to be a renewed sense of optimism among the general populace, that Christmas this year will be rewarding. We asked some of the vendors what are they looking forward to ahead of the popular grand market night held on New Year’s Eve.

Meanwhile Devon Linton a street entertainer is optimistic and looks forward to a peaceful and prosperous yuletide season. Watch the full report below:
