Family of Five Laid to Rest on Sunday

The funeral service for the family of five who was slain in Clarendon last month sent thousands into mourning again on Sunday, July 31. Tributes poured in from various stakeholders including both political leaders.

Relatives and loved ones struggled through tributes and viewing the bodies. Among the mourners -were the fathers of Kimesha Wright’s children, her parents, and hundreds more who turned out to bid farewell. Kimesha who was described as a caring and hardworking mother opened her arms and home to her relative who slashed hers and her children’s throats in the dead of night. She was awarded her practical nursing certification posthumously using a body of work she submitted before her murder. Watch the full report:
